Returns & Exchanges
I make a concerted effort to render colors online as truly as I can, but you may find differences from what you see on your screen.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please send an email to email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. You will receive a timely reply with instructions and return authorization.

We will notify you by email within 3 business days of receiving your item.
If you have been sent the incorrect order due to our error please contact us immediately so we can determine the disposition of the correct item and send you instructions for the exchange.
Because we are a very small business we do not make refunds but prefer to offer store credit or exchanges only.
Product Imperfections and Faults
As the buyer you are responsible for inspecting your item(s) for fault and notifying us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days of receiving your delivery.
If your item becomes damaged repairs may be available. For details on these services please send email to email@example.com and include a picture or description of the damage.
Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $100.00 (as well as selected items selling for less that $100)
All Robin Lennon products are currently shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Generally speaking orders ship within 3–5 business days. This means you should receive your order within 7-10 days or less.
A tracking number will be sent via email once your package has shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the USPS.
