Your satisfaction is important to me. Please keep in mind that all my products are actually handmade and really one-of-a-kind (no two are ever alike) and each has its own handcrafted touch of “imprecise construction” reflecting its unique origin.
I make a concerted effort to render colors online as truly as I can, but you may find differences from what you see on your screen.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery. You will receive a timely reply with instructions and return authorization.

To return your product you should mail it to:

We will notify you by email within 3 business days of receiving your item.
If you have been sent the incorrect order due to our error please contact us immediately so we can determine the disposition of the correct item and send you instructions for the exchange.
Because we are a very small business we do not make refunds but prefer to offer store credit or exchanges only.
